I came across these lightbulbs on a blog a few months ago.... and then while in Amsterdam for new year i saw them in this cool little coffee shop, hung from the roof on an extra long wire, they looked cool. so i took a few pics, and u can even see some of the iconic roof tops of the buildings in Amsterdam the the reflection on the glass.

The Plumen 001 light bulb is more than just a home accessory item. It is an artistic sculpture for your lamps and light fixtures. It is made of intertwined pieces that swirl together in a creative eye-catching way. The intrinsic beauty of this bulb enhances the appeal of the lampshade placed around it.

"The name Plumen comes from ‘plume’ – the bird’s decorative feather, designed to attract attention to its’ prowess and beauty. We believe our designs do the same for the neglected low energy light bulb."
